Friends Banquet
The banquet is held in February but is certainly not a traditional Valentine’s Day banquet.
Beans & Greens Dinner
With the support of our local community, our annual Beans & Greens Dinner is instrumental in helping to fund our mission work. There is no set charge but we accept donations to help support our mission work. Check our web calendar for dates, times, and more information.
Easter
Each year we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior beginning with Sunrise Services followed by breakfast for all. After a hearty breakfast we resume our regular Sunday morning schedule. Please check our online calendar for Sunrise service times.
Homecoming/memorial day
Each year our annual Homecoming/Memorial Day Celebration is held on the first Sunday in May. This is our “CFBC family reunion day” as many former attendees return to visit and get reacquainted with each other. We have a special gathering at 10:00 a.m. to recognize and honor individuals of the Centralhatchee community that have passed over during the previous year. Then we have our regular Worship Celebration at 11:00 AM. Small groups and 9 AM are canceled for this Sunday. Please check our Facebook page for special musical guests and other specific details.
Vacation Bible School (VBS) To register in advance simply click on the VBS Registration tab!
Vacation Bible School is a summer program held each year lasting one week for children of all ages. Throughout the week, children participate in games, snacks, crafts, Bible studies, and other activities which help grow their spiritual and social lives. Each year has a different theme and the church is decorated to accommodate that theme. VBS is a community outreach program that welcomes all visitors!
Harvest Celebration
We love our kids at Centralhatchee First Baptist Church! To celebrate our kids every fall we hold our annual Harvest Celebration. We have a great time of games, cake walks, horse rides, special music, and other events on this day. This is an event you do not want to miss! Watch our site for dates and times.
